About Our Practice
Umdoni Medical Practice offers a general medical practice service based in the Umdoni area of KwaZulu Natal South Coast. The practice was established in 2006 as a general medical services. Dr Morris has advanced skills in diving medicine, travel medicine, diabetes care, as well as particular interest and experience in chronic care, geriatrics, palliative care and mental health.
Dr Morris works in association with Dr McDonogh, an experienced General Practitioner, who is well known in the area from his time in practice in Scottburgh in the 1980’s & 1990’s.
He is assisted by Dr Karin Volker, also a Family Physician, with a Diploma in H.I.V. medicine and skills and experience in rehabilitation.
Sr Molly Wortmann is the practice nurse, ready to assist with your ailments, wounds, chronic follow up, and counselling amongst other things; as well as doing Vitality Assessments.
The practice is situated at the quiet end of Scottburgh’s main road, in a homely building which is wheelchair accessible.
