Vitality Assessments

Umdoni Medical Practice works in association with the MRK Wellness team to provide a comprehensive health and fitness assessment for Discovery Vitality clients. The vitality assessments are done for both health and fitness, in accordance with Discovery Health guidelines and standards.

Assessments are done at the MRK Biokinetics practice in Park Rynie, at corporate wellness days and at various events in the Durban and Umdoni district.
